By using MyLearna, you are agreeing to use the platform responsibly, review the records you create, and respect the boundaries described on this page.

Families are responsible for the information they enter into MyLearna, the records they keep, and the decisions they make about how those records are used.

MyLearna helps organise records and reports, but it does not provide legal advice. Families should check the home education requirements that apply in their own area before relying on any report or record for submission.

Account security

Keep your login details secure

Please keep your login details secure and do not share account access casually. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact hello@mylearna.com as soon as possible.

Reports and PDFs

Useful records, not formal decisions

Reports, outputs, and PDFs created in MyLearna are family learning records prepared from the information you enter.
Please review records and reports before sharing or submitting them.
MyLearna does not guarantee that any record, report, or PDF will be accepted by a school, authority, reviewer, or regulator.
These outputs are not government-issued forms, authority decisions, or acceptance notices.
Families should check their own local, state, national, or other home education requirements.

Do not post harassment, spam, or abusive content.

Do not post children's full names, private records, or personal documents in Community.

Do not upload or share copyrighted file downloads you do not have the right to share.
